For perimenopause & menopause · Works with Apple Watch
You’re not imagining it.
The 3 a.m. wake-ups. Night sweats. The racing heart. Perigee puts your Apple Watch readings beside the symptoms you log, so you can see what changed and what keeps happening.
Your wrist temperature was warmer than usual last night. HRV — the small changes in time between heartbeats — was lower, and you also logged broken sleep. A hot, restless night likely contributed to this combination. Keep today lighter and note whether it repeats tonight.

A fair comparison
See last night beside what’s usual for you. If the Watch needs more nights for a clear comparison, Perigee tells you.
Made around you
Your recent weeks matter more than a population average. Perigee compares your readings with your own usual range.
Private by design
Your readings are compared on your iPhone. You can choose to have summaries written online, and your raw Apple Health records are not sent.

Questions, answered
Do I need an Apple Watch?
Yes — Perigee uses the readings your watch records overnight and across the day. Any Apple Watch that tracks sleep works; wrist temperature needs Series 8 or later.
Is Perigee a medical device?
No. Perigee is a wellness companion. It doesn’t diagnose or treat anything — it organizes your own readings so you and your doctor can review them together.
Where does my health data go?
Your readings are worked out on your iPhone. If you choose to have summaries written online, Perigee sends a limited set of calculated numbers, the details needed for that summary and random codes used to check your plan and limits — not your raw Apple Health records, name, email or notes you type. Perigee’s server does not save the request. The outside services that carry and write the summary may keep it under their own policies. You can keep summaries fully on your iPhone; see the Privacy Policy for the exact information sent and how long it may be kept.
What does it cost?
Your Watch readings, symptom log and HRT log are free, plus 3 morning summaries a month (up to 1 per week). Perigee Plus is $6.99/month or $49.99/year in the U.S. storefront; prices vary by region. Eligible new subscribers may see a 7-day introductory trial when Apple’s purchase sheet offers it. The purchase sheet controls the final price, eligibility and terms.
I’m on HRT — does Perigee still work?
Yes. Keep a two-tap HRT log and see it beside your Watch readings over time. Perigee never suggests changes — that conversation belongs with your doctor.
How is this different from a recovery score?
Perigee does not reduce your night to a recovery score. It compares each available reading with what’s usual for you, places your symptom log beside it, and says when the Watch missed part of the night.
